Which Countries Do You Ship To?<\/b><\/p>

Generally, The Floorist ships across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and certain other Gulf Cooperating Countries (GCC). We are working on expanding to other countries soon.\u00a0<\/p>

Please note:<\/b>\u00a0Not all items can be shipped to all countries. Non-UAE shipping eligibility is indicated on the product detail page. Thank you for your patience as we expand our international presence.\u00a0<\/p>

How Do You Determine Shipping Cost?<\/strong><\/p>

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over AED 200 within the UAE. Standard shipping fee for orders below AED 200 is AED 20.<\/p>

How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order?<\/b><\/p>

We offer next-day delivery for orders placed by 4 pm with a shipping\u00a0address within Dubai. For other Emirates, please note that order processing may take 1-2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.\u00a0\u00a0Orders received after hours, on a weekend, or on a public holiday\u00a0will be processed the next working day.\u00a0<\/p>

What Is Your Return Policy?<\/strong><\/p>

If you are not satisfied with your purchase on the Floorist, you can return any eligible item for an exchange or a refund within 7 days of receipt.<\/p>

All products must be returned in saleable condition, unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all labels attached. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund.<\/p>

To coordinate a return, please contact ordersupport@thefloorist.com, Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule the pickup.<\/p>

Your exchange or refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the item(s) and the returned items are in saleable condition, unused, unopened, in their original packaging with all labels attached.<\/p>

A refund will be credited for the value on the original receipt, less the return delivery cost, via the original payment method only. Credit card refunds may take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.<\/p>
